When will you ship my order?

We aim to ship your order the same day as long as it is placed before 3 pm EST, orders placed after 3 pm EST will be deferred to the next business day for shipment, but the typical order processing time is 1-2 business days.

During unusually busy times such as Christmas or during unfavorable or extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed a day or two from the normal timeframe quoted. At these times, we cannot guarantee next-day shipping after selection.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped via standard or express courier, please see the delivery time range below.

Standard Shipping: 3-12 business days, you will receive your package in about 4-14 business days.

Express Shipping: 1-5 business days, you will receive your package in about 2-7 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and do not include any courier delays, warehouse handling times, and public holidays. There may also be slight delays during peak sales periods or promotions.

What if my order doesn’t show up?

If your package has not arrived for more than 60 days, you can email us at support@stampvk.com for assistance and we will arrange a reshipment or refund for you.

What if my package is lost?

All of our orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the package will automatically be left in a safe place. We recommend that you check the mailbox outside your home – especially behind the dumpster/potted plant/fence. Make sure you also check with your apartment manager, roommate, or even your neighbors who may have signed for your package and secured it for you.

If you are still unable to locate your package, you can email support@stampvk.com for assistance so we can investigate further with the courier! Please don’t panic, we’ll make sure your goodies are located one way or another!
